Ahmed Hassane

Ahmed is a junior doctor who is passionate about ophthalmology. During univeristy, he placed 8th in the national Duke Elder exam of ophthalmology and subsequently was involved in designing and teaching revision courses across the country. He has also been a part of collaborative research both as a collaborator and regional lead. The idea of OculoRes was born after he realised this can be implemented in the field of ophthalmology.

Omar Kouli

Omar is an academic foundation doctor who has been directly involved in collaborative research committees providing quality analysis on big projects. Along with his research, he placed 4th in the national Duke Elder exam of ophthalmology and was the winner of the national Neuroanatomy competition 2018. He is enthusiastic about widening research to all medical students.

Shiraz Shafi

Shiraz is a final year medical student who has worked extensively within collaborative research committees both as a collbarator and steering committee member where he was successful in promoting events across the UK as well as developing teaching modules and being involved in impactful research. A friendly and approachable individual, he has valuable insight into running and organising collaborative research projects.

Mohammad Kouli

Mohammad Kouli is a biomedical engineering student who has developed his skills in web development along side his studies. Mohammad takes pride in providing outstanding websites that are user friendly with impressive functionality.

Mostafa Khalil

Mostafa Khalil is an ST2 ophtalmology registrar who is keen to advance research aswell as widen research to medical students. Mostafa has authoured the Duke elder Exam of Ophthalmology revision book as well and organised several revision courses over the last several years. He placed 5th in the duke elder exam of ophthlamology.
